Thank you for your interest in contributing to Commons OSS. This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which intellectual property is contributed to the Commons OSS project.
This Agreement is between you ("Contributor") and Michael Jauk, an individual based in Austria, acting as steward of the Commons OSS project (the "Steward"). When a successor entity (foundation, gGmbH, or Verein) is formed to hold project assets, the rights granted here transfer to that entity automatically, as described in Section 8.
