OAT COOKIES v1.0 | |
rehydrate 1 cup raisins | |
melt 1/2 pack salted butter | |
prepare large mixing bowl | |
add 2 cups white sugar | |
add 1 table spoon ground cinnamon | |
add 1/2 cup whole milk | |
add 1/2 pack melted salted butter | |
mix at high speed with blades | |
add 4 cups rolled oats | |
add 1 cup rehydrated raisins | |
mix at low speed with spirals | |
heat oven to 180°C | |
line baking tray with parchment paper | |
form cookie flats with table spoon | |
load baking tray above middle of oven | |
bake for 20 minutes | |
TODO: Too sweet! Test 1 cup sugar only. | |
