1. Install nvm using the script references by this command from: https://github.com/nvm-sh/nvm#installing-and-updating
`curl -o- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nvm-sh/nvm/v0.39.3/install.sh | bash`
2. Install your preferred version of Node.js.
`nvm install 16`
3. Add an alias to map nodejs to node.
`alias nodejs="node"`
