It's much easier to get good performance out of this card on OpenWRT. I'm getting 933mbps in iperf3 - basically, i'm limited by the ethernet connection on the other side : )

Card is an AW7915-NP1 from AsiaRF. Contrary to what the manufacturer says on their website, the card actually supports (contiguous) 160MHz channels, albeit only in 2x2 MIMO mode it seems. I'm seeing speeds nearing 800Mbps with hostapd in 802.11ac mode on Debian on an APU2C4 board (receiver is an Intel AX200 card). That's about as much as the little CPU in the APU can push :\
Upload speeds for some reason seem to hover at around 100Mbps. Not sure why, but it could be something with my hostapd config or the antennas that I'm using.
Drivers for the card in kernel 5.15.2 seem stable and I could set the channel to 100 without problems. The card gets really hot, it reaches 100°C really quickly even with a couple of small copper radiators that I stuck to it. I should probably get a larger heatsink for it eventually. Luckily, the top side of the card has no stickers so it's easy to stick a radiator to it there.
I have yet to test 802.11ax operation since hostapd in Debian does not enable AX support by default.
