- 400g siskon makkara
- 800g jauheliha (can be chicken, beef, or pork depend on your taste)
- 1 jar of Asia sweet and sour sauce can be found in lidl
- 2 coffee spoon of salt
- Remove cover of siskon makkara and mix the jauheliha.
- Season it with the salt and mix them up.
- Make meat balls out of the mixture.
- Prepare the pan to fry the meet ball in oil. Fry the ball until it has color like grilled meat. Or here you can also grill it
- Take out the meat to a bow.
- Put all the sauce to the oil and mix the balls in to it.
- Reduce the heat of the stove when the sauce is boiling and keep it boiling for a while (30 mins).
