- Figure out where you are.
- Spend the proper time that it takes to get it.
- Focus on your proper form.

Practice:
- Start with 5 to 10 seconds x 6 sets.
- Once comfortable with 5-10 seconds hold, add 5 seconds per set.
- Work up to holding this for 1 minute per set.
- use this rule for every level (exercise in the progression).
