- 2 tbsp Quick-Rise Instant Yeast
- 2 cups Hot water (between 120-130 F)
- 5 cups Bread flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
Combine yeast with 1/3 of the flour and remaining dry ingredients. Stir in water, oil and remaining flour and knead as required.
Let dough rest for 10 minutes. Because of the quick-rise instant yeast, there's no need for more than 1 rise.
After the dough has rested for 10 minutes, split it into 2 or 3 equal portions. Spray the loaf pans and put the dough into the pans. Let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes to an hour.
Bake the bread at 350F for 25 minutes. Pull the loaves out and lay them on their sides for a few second before tipping them upside down to remove the bread. Let it cool and enjoy!
