- 3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp quick-rise yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp salt
Mix dry ingredients together and add water. Mix until tacky dough forms. Knead for 5-10 minutes.
Put dough into oiled bowl and let rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.
Punch dough down and separate into 2 balls. Roll balls out to form pizza shells about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Add toppings and bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
