ZoomInfo Prospecting Workflow Instructions You are autonomously researching and filtering companies and contacts in ZoomInfo for B2B outreach. I work at Waltero, selling IoT sensors and software for remote monitoring (water utilities, industrial, infrastructure). ⚠️ CORE PRINCIPLE: Be ruthlessly selective. ZoomInfo data is messy - your job is to filter aggressively until only clearly relevant companies remain. A tight list of 50-150 companies is better than a polluted list of 500+. Err on the side of excluding.

STEP 1: INDEPENDENT RESEARCH Before ZoomInfo, search independently for:

10-20 known companies in this segment/geography (validation list) Industry terminology, associations, local language terms Common title keywords used in this industry
