My business offers

I'm a freelance app developer and make really good money building apps for others. One of my long term goals is to hire more people and work together but not yet. Instead, I've put 2 other offers to my friends and only 1 out of the 20 people I offered, took up one and he makes money regularly. So, I'll put forward the same offers to you and if you think you can do this then we're on!

First offer (low income with less effort)

Get me projects (clients) for web and mobile development. Whatever money I make from the client you refer, I give 5% finder fee perpetually (that means that even if they come back after a project for more work, since you referred you get paid the finder fee every time money comes my way thro' that client). One of my good friends took this offer up and he makes a decent level of money every month from the clients that he referred to me. Lucky for him, the clients have kept coming back for more work so it's been stable income for him. It's like a low return asset which doesn't need any extra effort. I even share the proofs of payment and don't hide payments ever (This has always been important for me because I'm very honest with my work as well as personal life and I work really effectively too).

Second offer (higher income with more effort)

Get me college workshops to teach mobile app development (Android, iOS), web app development (Laravel, PHP, Node.JS, GoLang), voice-app development (Alexa, Siri), Ethical Hacking, Startup Engineering, Professional IT Freelancing or Rubiks Cube Solving (mini-workshop -- I teach rubiks 3x3x3 & master cube 4x4x4) and I'll give 5% of whatever money I make (want more, then come along with me to the workshop and take photos, help conduct by giving mic to students, helping if issue occurs, etc. as well and I'll give another 5%), you only gotta setup the workshop after confirming the date with me, I'll come conduct the workshop since I'm an expert dev who teaches well--even taught professionals over the months so I'm quite experienced (even got an award from Google last year which adds to my credibility as a developer... see http://goo.gl/GfVLND for info). When I did this last time it was a single day workshop and I made about 30k and the college was happy too (See https://goo.gl/Fdb2V5 for photos). I still get emails from the students who attended and the college offered an MOU to come team annually but I turned it down since I was getting more from app development and didn't want to do this. The downside of that experience was that I had to go a month earlier to talk and setup the thing and fix the price with the professors. After that workshop, I've only taken free workshops and tech talk for colleges/groups near where I live since I get invited but I've been trying to restart this paid workshop gig again but since app dev fetches me good money every month I don't want to go meet HODs like I did before. That's why I'm delegating this to someone else by offering a nice percentage. If interested, and you're as good in marketing as you say this is a great opportunity. I can share a professional PDF brochure that I made which has all the details so it's a matter of contacting and fixing the date, time and cost. I can share the brochures and the pricing details as well along with procedure (like we need to get 20% advance, share the web login details since I have a portal which hosts some nice content for them, and if it's 2-day workshop then make accounts for the coding, web dev, hacking event which I keep--details in brochure, etc.)

If interested in any of these offers feel free to buzz me. You can find me simply by facebook search or Google search of my full name "Saifur Rahman Mohsin" or drop an email to workshop@tempestronics.com or mohsin92@me.com
