Here are some things you can do with Gists in GistBox.
// Use Gists to store code you would like to remember later on
console.log(window); // log the "window" object to the console
mike@rbci:~$ psql -U postgres
psql (9.0.3)
Type "help" for help.
postgres=# update pg_database set datallowconn = TRUE where datname = 'template0';
UPDATE 1
postgres=# \c template0
You are now connected to database "template0".
template0=# update pg_database set datistemplate = FALSE where datname = 'template1';
UPDATE 1

Continuous CoffeeScript testing with Guard and Jasmine

This Gist shows how to set up a Rails project to practice BDD with CoffeeScript, Guard and Jasmine. You can see this setup in action on Vimeo

  • Install Gems with Bundler with bundle install
  • Define your guards with mate Guardfile
  • Initialize Jasmine with bundle exec jasmine init
  • Configure Jasmine with mate spec/support/yasmine.ym
  • Start Guard with bundle exec guard
