eggnog!
12 large eggs, separated
1 cup white sugar
1 cup palm sugar
1 liter bourbon
1q good quality whole milk
1c good quality heavy cream
1c cognac or brandy
3/4c whalers dark rum
pinch of fine salt
cream sugar and egg yolks until blended, mix in dairy, then booze, whisk well to
combine. Bottle for aging in clean jars / bottles. Freeze the whites to whip for
serving, if that's your thing. Otherwise let it age in the fridge for at least a
week, and up to a year. Shake the bottles every few days as the liquids will
want to separate at first.
