Hey.. I got this error when I tried to compile your code.
drand48.c: In function 'double erand48(short unsigned int*)':
drand48.c:44:45: error: 'ldexp' was not declared in this scope
return ldexp((double) xseed[0], -48) +

include cmath to fix ldexp declaration.
