I turned the outline of the recently-announced NDAA FY2020 bill that has been reported out by the conference committee between the U.S. House and U.S. Senate and converted to a Github gist.

Mostly because this helps me scan for things that might be interesting (e.g. Sec. 230.) without having to scroll through the PDF itself. Putting it here in case it's useful to others.
