extend one arm forward, flex hand up(like stop sign), use other hands to pull fingers back toward body. then flex hand down and pull fingers toward body. do both sides

raise one arm straight up by ear, bend at the elbow, use other hand to pull elbow. do both sides

bend knee, cross ankle over other thigh, lean forward, deep breaths. both sides.

grab hands behind back, attempt to straighten arms as you press knuckles away from the body, rolling shoulders back and chest open. take several deep breaths.

hands behind back, grab one wrist and pull to one hip. keeping shoulders even, release head/ear to shoulder on same side. do both sides.

forward bend. breathe. roll up slowly, head comes up last.

hold onto chair with one hand. with other hand grab foot on same side as you bend the knee. pull foot back as you press pelvis forward. both sides

separate feet, place one hand on hip, inhale other arm up by ear and exhale, reaching over to the opposite side. both side several times.

legs separated still, with hands on hips, forward bend. several deep breaths, roll up slowly.

pray and push: hands to prayer position, slowly move to left side until resistance, hold, then slowly move to right, hold
