If you want to have some non-static data:

echo -n "foo.bar:`echo $((RANDOM%10+0))`|c" | nc -w0 -u 127.0.0.1 8125
echo -n "foo.lerl:`echo $((RANDOM%10+0))`|g" | nc -w0 -u 127.0.0.1 8125
echo -n "foo.lol:`echo $((RANDOM%200+0))`|ms" | nc -w0 -u 127.0.0.1 8125
echo -n "foo.lol:`echo $((RANDOM%100+0))`|ms" | nc -w0 -u 127.0.0.1 8125
echo -n "foo.lol:`echo $((RANDOM%50+0))`|ms" | nc -w0 -u 127.0.0.1 8125

I did this because I wanted to see the histogram bucketing in action.
