Hi, Mike,
I’m not “Kandy". I’m Michael.
Thanks for following up with me. The (904) 429-3031 RingCentral has been stolen and there’s no way for me to access the account any more. It had belongs to a company I contracted with 6 years ago who has now gone out of business. I’ve tried contacting RingCentral Support and they said they’re nothing they can do to stop these voicemail notifications coming to my account, because I don’t have the correct security information to access Akimbo Financial’s RingCentral account.
Nobody that I’ve been able to speak with at RingCentral has shown an concern that this account has been hacked, stolen, and is being used for fraud. There’s apparently no way to stop these messages coming to me. I thought RingCentral should my share my pain, so I’ve set up forwarding to any RingCentral addresses I can find.
I would appreciate any help you can provide to stop this on RingCentral’s side. If you can’t assist me and can’t forward this message to someone who can assist me, blocking my email address will probably be your only solution.
Thanks for you help, Mike. I look forward to resolving this unfortunate issue quickly.
