It's almost impossible to find documentation on this and it's hidden deep inside Apple support doc, not even in English -__-

Transfer files between a Mac with Apple silicon and another Mac You can connect a Mac with Apple silicon to another Mac so that the Mac with Apple silicon appears as an external hard disk. You can then transfer files between the Mac computers.

1. Connect the two computers using a USB, USB-C, or Thunderbolt cable.
2. On the Mac with Apple silicon, choose Apple menu > Shut Down.
3. Press and hold the power button until “Loading startup options” appears.
4. Click Options, then click Continue.
5. If requested, enter the password for an administrator account.
6. Your Mac opens in Recovery mode.
7. Choose Utilities > Share Disk.
8. Select the disk or volume that you want to share, then click Start Sharing.
9. On the other Mac, open a Finder window, then click Network (below Locations) in the sidebar.
10. In the Network window, double-click the Mac that has the shared disk or volume, click Connect As, select Guest in the Connect As window, then click Connect.
11. Transfer the files.
12. When you’re done transferring files, eject the disk on the other Mac.

Note I do not recommend copying files by drag-and-drop, it's very SLOW. Use rsync instead
