Cause I am really pissed when interviewers asked me to share my screen over Skype during interviews:
1. I have my private stuff on my comput-ah => privacy concerns, do you understand that? Do you actually consider the candidate?
2. There are builtin tools these days... for God's sake... are you living in a fucking cave?
And you interviewers if you are checking this out: Stop being freaking arrogant!!!
If the candidate has forgotten something don't laugh at him or her like a moron and MOVE the FUCKING ON! (it just shows how CONDESCENDING YOU ARE)
Or I'd ask you to write a DFS implementation with one hand using IL code from scratch
And followed by "So you've never done that in your whole life, you're just pricking tw0t, get out of here, rotten piece of shiTE!".
(Cause obviously YOU WILL FAIL)

Anyway back to business...
Browser:
- https://appear.in: No builtin code editor but share screen via chrome extensions (limitations with the free edition)
- https://interviews.skype.com: Free with some code editor capabilities, a bit buggish from time to time but best free IDE-free solution
- https://codeshare.io: just an online notepad... no autocompletion or running capabilities
- https://coderpad.io: non-free but provides running and autocompletion capabilities
- https://codebunk.com: same as coderpad.io but with slightly more options
IDE:
- https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/services/live-share: pluging for VS Code / VS, unlike the browser solutions above, the broadcasting allows participants to checkout all the files in the solution instead of just sticking to one single file.
