Terrible Comcast customer service
Nate: My Issue: I can’t login / create new login account for new account number

Nate: I just moved to a new house and they created a new account number. My old logins were deleted for some reason. I’m trying to create a new user account and link it to my account number.
Ramjot: When you move services, the username and the account number get changed. The username you are inquiring is associated with the old account and that is why it is not working. If you want I can provide the login information for the new account.
Nate: ok
Ramjot: Could you please provide the first and last name of the Account Holder, the account number, and the complete address with the Zip code?
