Captone2 Roles

NATHAN / BRIAN (Project Manager)

  • pick a project management tool (trello or github issues)
  • make sure each person has clear feature to work on
  • divvy work by feature or frontend/backend of feature

SULTANA (Product Manager)

  • make sure user flows are well considered
  • make sure wireframes are coherent
    • Figma(or another tool)
    • each person create their own wireframes?
  • give feedback on wirefreames

ALEN (Design Lead)

  • responsible for the look and feel of the app
  • set basic design standards
    • i.e. no rounded corners or 2px rounded corners
  • give feedback as features are develeoped
  • basic consistency in styles

BRIAN (Lead Standups)

  • someone responsible for running standups
