Incident Summary

Delivery tickets are being modified after reaching verified status. Order notes show:

  1. "Order created for [product] with locked price of 0.0" — falsely attributed to a user (e.g., Heather Gorrell)
  2. "Temporary pricing expired for product [product]. Pricing has been recalculated." — attributed to N/A
  3. "[product] price has been manually changed to [price]" — attributed to N/A

No user action triggered these changes. All notes appear at the same timestamp.
