This Document of Terms and Conditions ("the agreement") shall govern the use between two parties, i.e. DYBank ("we", "us", "our side") and the user ("you").
Our Service consist of the following components:
- Account Management
- Saving
- Transfer
You may open an Account at us. All money transactions between You and Us will be reflected on Your Account. Your Account is a Debit account, where a positive Balance indicates the money We owe You.
You may review and export your Account transaction history at any time.
You may suspend and/or revoke your Account at any time.
The Saving Service includes Deposit and Withdraw. By depositing money of any acceptable currency to Us, the Balance in your Account will be increased by the same amount, reflecting your deposit action. Within the Balance, You are entitled to withdraw money to the extent that 1) the balance does not become negative, and 2) the accuracy is within the acceptable range for the currency. You may claim a Withdrawl via any method of money transference that Our system supports; We maintain a list of such methods and update regularly, which you shall review regularly.
We shall not pay interest for the money You saved at us.
Per Your request, according to your specified information (amount and receipt), We shall transfer your balance in part or in whole to another Account which is opened at Us.
We may deny Your request of Transference, if We think that your request looks suspicious.
This Service is governed under the jurisdiction of both the People's Republic of China (CN) and the United States of America (US).
We shall comply with the financial regulations of any Jurisdiction that We operate in or We are willing to operate in.
In the event of Your being administratively or judicialy denied from relavent money transfer infrastructures (including but not limited to CIPS and SWIFT), We shall not be liable Your inability of receiving money from any Withdrawl transaction with Us.
Our Service may in part or in whole suspend or terminate at any time without further notice. In the event of Service suspension/termination, We shall not be liable for any loss with the exception of returning Your remaining Balance. The renamining Balance on your Account shall be treated as ordinary debt between You and Us, which shall be repaid in whole within 180 calendar days since the termination of service. The debt may be automatically converted back to Account Balance if We resume the Service, re-enabling You to make Withdrawl transactions.
