It's software, so of course Microsoft Office and its API has bugs. I'm not criticizing them for this fact, nor for the fact that some go unnoticed or unfixed for years or decades. I'm sure they have a lot to keep track of. While I hope there are more than 4 developers for flagship products like these, That's certainly not something I can confirm or deny, because I'm not one of their employees.
The point of this file is to document what I've found. The point of the GIST is to document other features I find lack sufficient documentation.
