What is stored: bookmarks, theme preference, layout preference, default
search provider, Google services launcher configuration, notes content,
background image URL, and frost effect toggle. All of this is
information you yourself entered into the extension's settings.

Where it is stored: in your own Chrome storage, via chrome.storage.sync
(which Chrome synchronizes across your signed-in browser instances
using Google's built-in sync infrastructure) or chrome.storage.local
