Gathering spec, design, implementation, support (80% dev, 20% support).
Background:
Business knowledge is a plus but not absolutely required.
Essential Education:
Masters+ (sciences, IT)

Strong C++. Optional: C#, SQL, Tibco RV
Autonomy, ability to think fast and right, and strong communication skills
