Sort Visualizer Privacy Policy

This app only collects final benchmark information when a sorting operation is finished. None of this information is associated with unique characteristics of you or your device.

These are the only pieces of information that this app will collect:

  • The model of your device (ex.: "MacBookPro18,1"). This is an extremely generic piece of information and cannot be used to identify you in any way, shape, or form.
  • The exact time when the sorting operation finished
  • The sorting algorithm that was run
  • The number of items you chose to sort
  • The number of operations that happened during the sorting process
  • The amount of time the sorting operation took
  • The number of operations per second
  • The selected amount of delay between operations

Again, none of this information is used to identify you in any way, shape, or form. It is stored in an encrypted format on Apple's CloudKit service. It will only be used in the future to show average benchmark results based on your current settings from other users.
