* The current date is today
* Each goal is measured over a single quarter
* Calculate "CURRENT PROGRESS" as percentage complete as of the current date out of the total quarter
* Calculate "IDEAL PROGRESS" as how far each metric should be, based on the current date compared to the total quarter
* Calculate "RELATIVE PROGRESS" as how far ahead or behind the goal is compared to the calculated IDEAL PROGRESS
* Skip goals that have no progress
* Ignore the committee column
* Add a ✅ status to the goals that are on schedule or ahead of schedule
* Add a ❌ status to the goals that are behind schedule
* Show Goal Name, Goal Target, current metric, CURRENT PROGRESS, IDEAL PROGRESS, RELATIVE PROGRESS, and status in a table
