This formation is going to prevent Chrome and Firefox to offer autofill and autocomplete for all input fields inside the form.

if input has type "password" then Chrome !completely! ignores attribute autocomplete="off".
it is drastically annoying since 2015, where similar ticket was created (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/41163264?pli=1). 9!!! years passed.
