Uniformly formatting dates using sed and regex

Issue

Exported data contains date in two formats, ie - 07/12/2021 and 7/20/2021 which makes it a little trickier to do analysis on the data. Sample data -

www.google.com,07/12/2021,123
www.wikipedia.org,7/20/2021,567

Solution

Using sed and regex, detect those dates and make them uniform.
