Hey I just had a brief look over your fork and I like it!
Especially that you tried to use more d.py functions instead of the built in solutions like
self.bot.cogs[cog].__doc__
toself.bot.get_cog(cog).get_commands()
and theawait can_run(ctx)
function which was new to me ^^Well done! :)
