  • What are you currently doing to step out of your lane?
  • What are the most rewarding interactions you've had during your time at Turing?
  • What identity do you project to your fellow students? Outside the building?

Future State

  • If a thousand people would listen to what you have to say, what would you tell them? Why?
  • What effect can you have on your fellow students?
  • How can your voice become a part of the Turing story?

Plan

  • What would your first steps of meaningful progress look like?
  • Who can you collaborate with to support you and push your boundaries?
  • Consistency is the hardest part, and you'll have classes and projects. How will you make time?
