NekoCap is a browser extension that allows users to upload self made captions to be played over videos on video streaming sites such as YouTube, bilibili and others.
Users (captioners and viewers) can register for an account using their Google account. Once done, these information will be stored in the respective locations:

Since authentication is performed through Google, no passwords are stored in any of NekoCap's systems.
Usernames are displayed publicly to other users. Email addresses are not transferred to 3rd parties by NekoCap apart from within Google's authentication process and emails are not used by NekoCap in any other way.
During caption data migration from other captioning services, emails may be collected through Google Forms and imported from said services' databases to identify the owners of migrated captions. Emails collected through these means may be stored in NekoCap.
