While restricted-access features are prohibited on GitHub, novaTopFlex does not guarantee that Linux software will also be compatible with Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS. novaTopFlex also cannot guarantee that software from one version of the Python programming language will operate successfully on other versions. For instance, software that may be written in the Python 3.12 (or later) language in 2023 or 2024 (or later) may not guarantee compatibility with newer (or older) versions of the script.
Additions to the novaTopFlex Philosophy:
  Immutable Linux distributions
    novaTopFlex does not believe in immutable Linux distributions of any circumstance, except for beginners, and then only for beginner host systems. In the case of Ubuntu, we do not believe in a distribution that only provides the Snap daemon alone without the default Debian apt-get.
    However, novaTopFlex does believe in the installation of multiple package managers, so long as the package managers are not conflicting with the primary package manager. For instance, we believe in systems that support both the Snap daemon and Flatpak or other package managers.
  Compatibility with "distro hopping"
    For the concept of "distro hopping" to remain successful, we believe that the Flatpak package manager must be installed on the applicable host system(s) and guest system(s) on every available virtual machine without exception, except where such applications are not necessary and where only the core applications would be utilized.
