This is just a mirror of eigen downloads to work around TF 2.4 compilation issue on ppc64le. This eigen version is based on
Eigen's commit 011e0db31d1bed8b7f73662be6d57d9f30fa457a but without the changes from 6fe88a3c9db27c00a3817e391cf70116451bf046.
