In order to clarify the intellectual property license granted in connection with Contributions, ValidMind, Inc. (“ValidMind”) requires each individual or entity that makes a contribution to ValidMind’s open source projects (each a “Contributor”) to execute this Contributor License Agreement.  This agreement is for your protection as a Contributor as well as the protection of ValidMind and its users. It does not change your rights to use your own Contributions for any other purpose.
