Remove an unreachable node from Cassandra via JMX

p1 (String): [Enter IP address of problem node]
It may also be possible to run it directly (untested):
% jmx_invoke -m org.apache.cassandra.net:type=Gossiper unsafeAssassinateEndpoint <STALE-IP-ADDRESS>
