I on behalf of myself and my child or guardian hereby release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Ford Motor Company (\\\"Ford\\\"), Public Label LLC, and any of their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents and employees (collectively, the \\\"Releasees\\\"), from and against any and all actions, causes of action, claims, damages, demands, or liabilities of whatever kind and nature, including but not limited to bodily injury, death or property damage arising from, or in any way connected to, my child\'s or guardian’s participation in the Event. This also includes all costs, losses or expenses in connection therewith arising from, or by reason of, any property damage arising out of any accident or occurrence during, or in connection with said participation, whether negligent or otherwise.\\n\\nI acknowledge that I have read and fully understand all of the foregoing, and that no officer, agent or employee of the Releasees is authorized to vary the terms or provisions of this instrument, or make any representation contrary to the provisions hereof.  I assume complete responsibility for my child or guardian and for all risks and for injuries, death and/or property damage that may occur as a result of those risks, even if such injuries, death or property damage occurs in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I sign this release.  I make these representations with the full understanding that the Releasees are relying on these representations.\\n\\nI certify that:\\n\\n(i) \\tI am 18 years of age or older, and I have the authority to enter into this Waiver and Release;\\n\\n(ii) \\tI have valid automobile insurance throughout the Event that covers any injury or damage which may occur as a result of my, or by child or guardian’s participation of this Event;\\n\\n(iii) \\tI am not aware of any medical condition or other circumstance that may affect my ability or my child\'s or guardian’s ability to participate in the Event; and\\n \\n(iv) \\tI have not consumed any alcoholic beverages or illegal substances prior to participating in the Event.\\n\\nI agree to obey all applicable motor vehicle laws, codes and regulations and to exercise the same caution and prudence that I would employ in using any personally owned vehicle and further agree not to permit anyone to drive the automobile(s).\\n\\nI agree to ensure the proper use of safety belts and child safety restraints for all occupants of the automobile(s).\\n\\nThe terms and provision of this instrument shall be binding upon me and my child or guardian and our respective heirs, executors or administrators.  I certify that I have read the foregoing and am responsible for my actions and for those of my child or guardian.\\n\\nNote: The drive staff reserves the right to refuse any participants demonstrating unruly or inappropriate behavior that may result in injury to themselves or other.  The possession or use of any alcoholic beverages will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant from the drive.
