Destination Stockholm

Welcome!

There are quite a few things to check out as well as green areas.

On a sunny day

  • Take a tour of the archipelago (or just hop on a commuter boat)
    • specific spots that are worth checking out coming soon!
  • Check out one of the skybars to get a nice view of the city

On a rainy day (or just indoors)

  • Fotografiska, https://www.fotografiska.com/sto/en/, they have photo exhibitions and a café
  • The Vasa museum, https://www.vasamuseet.se/en, from the web page:
    • The Vasa ship capsized and sank in Stockholm 1628. After 333 years on the sea bed the mighty warship was salvaged and the voyage could continue. Today Vasa is the world's best preserved 17th century ship and the most visited museum in Scandinavia.

BONUS: Got a few days to spare?

Consider checking out Uppsala, the university town a 40-minute train ride away. NOTE Be sure to take the SJ train. It's a bit more pricey, but faster and more comfortable.
