Avocado chocolate pudding

Ingredients:
* 1 ripe avocado (a bit soft)
* 3 tbsp pure cocoa powder (no sugar added)
* 3 tbsp coconut nectar
* 6 tbsp unsweetened coconut milk
Steps:
1. Scoop out avocado into blender/food processor
1. Add everything else but save 1 tbsp of the 3 tbsp coconut nectar on the side
1. Blend
1. Taste. If it's too bitter, add 1/2 tbsp coconut nectar and blend again. Repeat.
You can eat it right away, but I've found it's even better after being refrigerated over night.
