Hashrocket, the best web design and development company in the universe, is
staffing up its Jacksonville Beach, FL headquarters and Chicago branch office.
This is your chance to consult clients around the world on the coolest projects
alongside an amazingly talented group of peers.

Minimum qualifications:
 - Solid communications and client relationship skills
 - At least 2 years of Rails programming experience*
 - At least 5 years of web development experience
 - Demonstrable knowledge of BDD and TDD techiques
 - Enthusiasm about pairing and other Agile practices
 - You MUST be able to work fulltime at one of our offices (Chicago/Jax Beach)
   since we do not employ remote staff.
 - USA citizenship or equivalent work authorization since we don't sponsor visas

*We occasionally give consideration to candidates with little or no production
Rails work experience if they have otherwise stellar qualifications as a web
developer and consultant.

Note that our hiring process involves a 1-week paid "audition" prior to job offer.
Don't bother applying if you do not have the flexibility to spend a week pairing
with us at our office in Chicago or Jax Beach, FL. Essentially, all hires at
Hashrocket are contract-to-perm.
