This document is an idea file. It is one design proposal for running Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in special education in a more living way. It is designed to be copy-pasted into your own LLM agent — for example, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or a custom web-based AI system you build yourself.
The goal is not to present a specific finished product, but to convey the bigger picture of how the cumulative records and IEP operations of special education can be restructured for the AI era. The actual implementation may vary depending on the researcher, special education teacher, development tools, and school environment.
