- You are the primary driver for identifying significant near and long-term opportunities for the API and Integrations Team. Responsibilities include driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategy.
- Generate buy-in and drive consensus cross-team. Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous opportunities. Can navigate around blockers to deliver experiences that delight our customers. Consistently demonstrate initiative and execute with limited oversight.
- Plan, initiate, and manage work for your engineering team to execute.
- Integrate data, usability studies, research, and market analysis into product strategies and requirements to enhance user satisfaction and improve engineer productivity.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ship and bring new functionality to the market.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product area. Identify and track key performance metrics. Drive decision-making through user insights and quantitative analysis.
To be successful in this role, you have:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Experience navigating the entire product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution. A track record of building the right thing at the right time.
- Experience working on complex, technical products, catering designs to a technical or developer audience.
- Experience understanding and distilling complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills to work and ship effectively.
- Self-starter and fast learner who can work with minimal supervision in a fluid, fast-paced, and agile environment.
- High initiative, good sense of humor, and a "make it work" ethos.
- Proven success shipping API products/platforms, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
