The name/qtype tested is deepl-staging.switch.ch A

The issue is that the site (in chrome) does not show with a resolve error, if using a dnsdist DoT resolver on Android.
Using DoT to 8.8.8.8 works.

On OpenBSD host, resolving local recursor (unwind, which is libunbound based)
