Great list! One issue though, I've never seen "The Middle East" broken out as its own continent (ex on wikipedia), so I copied those countries into Asia.

@hartleybrody Many times in business applications it's considered a unique region (sometimes MENA - Middle East & North Africa is used as well)

This is fantastic! I've noticed the country code for Nauru is wrong: it should be NR, not NA (which is Namibia)
