My first Ruby On Rails Web project

Environment

This webapp is developed on Ruby 2.3.3, Rails 5.1.1, Windows 10 Build 1703; deployed on Ruby 2.2.3, Rails 5.1.1, Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS.

About

It's my first webapp using Ruby and Rails framework, and because of the time issue, I can only complete the basic features. I used to work on a very simple PHP framework, which was build for my personal course project, but I have never used a web framework like Rails

Technique

This webapp combines Ruby on Rails and Bootstrap, using some gems like bcrypt, carrierwave and bootstrap-sass.

Features

The main features of my webapp are as follows: 1. sign up 2. log in&log out   3. Encrypt the password of users before they are stored into database 4. Upload a image with a title 5. Add comments to a image 6. Show images uploaded by particular user
