Windows 8以降のWindowsOSの場合、学内プリンタドライバのサービスが何らかの理由により停止することが多いので、サービスの再起動をするバッチファイルです（要管理者権限）

大学のSync Client端末で書いてしまった（管理者権限でバッチファイル実行できない）ので誰かレビュー頼む

ファイルがDesktopにある場合はDesktopに移動したあとrunas /user:administrator univPrtSvRestart.batすると幸せになれるみたいです
