  3. fresh ginger root
  4. fresh turmeric root
  5. 1 tbsp hemp seed
  6. 1 tbsp chia seed
  7. 1 cup Kale / Spinach (frozen)
  8. 1 banana
  9. 1/2 apple
  10. 3/4 cup blueberries (frozen)
  11. 1/2 cucumber
  12. 2-3 celery stalks
  13. 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green SuperFood
  14. 1 tsp cinnamon
