The Lucene Apache download link is broken, you have to change it for the new version.

This is a good installation guide. I managed to install the newest DSpace 7.4 using it. However, there were two issues:

  • Solr requires cores to reside in /var/solr/data instead of /opt/solr/server/solr/configsets/ by default.
  • The asset directory is not writable by user tomcat by default. One should systemctl edit --full tomcat9.service and add the line ReadWritePaths=/opt/dspace-7/. If you set assetstore.dir = ${dspace.dir}/assetstore in local.cfg, then chown tomcat:tomcat /opt/dspace-7/assetstore to assure proper permissions.

Hello i have Dspace Back and Front-end already installed.

At this point i need to customize the logo and the main banner.

I followed lyrasis instructions: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/User+Interface+Customization

but i cant, i am stuck.

I hope you could help me. Thank you.
