To open any snapshots taken, the user has to follow these steps:
- Click on the menu;
- My content;
- My snapshots;
- Click on the model;
- Search for the gallery icon (if I deduce I should click there );
- Click on View Gallery;
- Click on My Snapshots.
It would be nice to change it to something like:
- Click on the menu;
- My content;
- Snapshots;
- Click on the model;
- Open the My Snapshots gallery.
This way I believe the UX would be straight forward. To see the snapshot taken, the user would be first redirected to that model's page and then the gallery would open. This way the user still can check the model out and buy more stuff.
Currently I'm not able to easily find the models which I have subscribed to their stories.
Suggestion: Have a place under menu > my content > stories and list all the stories there. A cool thing to add would be the possibility to resubscribe to same stories once the 7 days are almost expiring.
If more than one filter has been used, it would be nice to have the perfect matches first following the other matches in a descendant order, like: 100% match, 90% match, ...
If you open any VIP stream on mobile devices, there's a banner on the top of the application saying something like "this show is about to start". The placement is very inconvenient! It should be great if it appeared under the header information without blocking any information. Or, even better, have this as a system message on the chat.

It would be nice to have under the menu a place where you can see your current credits amount. If you hover or click on it, open the Quick Buy.
As a user it would be nice to have on the Messenger an option to request a video or picture of the model that she doesn't have in her gallery. Something special for this specific user. This feature could be released once he reaches a certain Jasmin Elite level. The model can accept/refuse the request.
There are a lot of Jasmin desktop missing on Jasmin mobile. There are features like vibratoy, snapshot and so on that could be added on the mobile app. I know the main idea is to use Jasmin on desktop because our users uses desktop the most, but I also believe this could be a game changer if we put more efforts on our mobile app.
I would like to recommend reducing the discount every 4h the user has spun for the first time. Example: first spun the user won 30% discount. After 4h, the discount goes down to 25%. After 4 more hours, goes down to 20% until it reaches the time to spin the wheel again.
If you set a filter, record the order of items shown, open any live stream from the filter and start swiping right, the order of streams are wrong and, sometimes, the live streams does not match with your filter.
Once spun, first the wheel will show an 1h countdown. Once this timer is done, it will change to 12h countdown. I'm not sure if this is a bug or it was on purpose.
